Cristiano Ronaldo ‘wants to LEAVE Al-Nassr’ only months after joining

According to reports, Cristiano Ronaldo is seeking to leave Al-Nassr after only a few months since joining the Saudi club from Manchester United. Ronaldo mutually agreed with United to terminate his contract after his controversial interview with Piers Morgan. He then signed a contract worth £175 million annually until 2025 with the Saudi Arabian team. However, it appears that Real Madrid is interested in offering Ronaldo a non-playing role as an ambassador, as per El Nacional.

The Spanish outlet stated that Florentino Perez, the club’s president, has assured Ronaldo that he would have plenty of work at Santiago Bernabeu. Ronaldo is a beloved figure at Real Madrid, having scored an impressive 451 goals in 438 games during his time with the club. He won numerous titles, including four Champions League crowns, three Club World Cups and UEFA Super Cups apiece, two LaLiga titles, a pair of Copas del Rey and two Spanish Super Cups. This season, he has scored 12 goals in as many league games for Al-Nassr. In their last match, he scored with a header just four minutes into the game, helping Al-Nassr secure a 3-0 win over Al-Raed. While this victory helped close the gap on the league leaders to three points, the leaders still have a game in hand.
